Children under 12 sharing with two adults half price. Children under 2 free with two paying adults. Rooms available from 2-3pm on day of arrival. Guest arriving earlier may leave luggage in hotel until rooms are available. It is important to notify the Hotel of time of arrival. Please fill in the form provided for this purpose. If no notification is received by the Hotel, then the accommodation will be re-let after 4pm on that date. There are no reductions for temporary absence, meals not taken or premature departure for any reason. In the event of cancellation, the deposit paid is non-refundable, nor transferable and subject to the accommodation being re-let then a charge of two thirds of the total amount is payable. We strongly recommend that it is advisable to take out Holiday Insurance against cancellations. Rooms to be vacated by 10am on day of departure. A deposit of £20 per person to be made in advance. Balance payable on arrival.

Leave the M6 at junction 32 onto the M55 and follow the signs for Blackpool.
When you arrive at the main roundabout go straight on over and continue on Yeadon Way till the next roundabout and take your second exit and follow the road around, till you come to a set of traffic lights then turn left, follow road to the next set of traffic lights and then turn right onto Lytham Road and take a left before Bloomfield onto St. Chad's Road and the Hotel is situated near the end of the road.
